Suum is a family run restaurant and a pioneer when it comes to traditional Vietnamese home-cook food in Marlow.
Nhung and Nhan came to England as students in the early 2000s. Missing the nostalgic, simple dishes from their hometown of Hai Phong, they started sourcing for fresh traditional ingredients to cook Vietnamese dishes at home. For years their dream was to open a Vietnamese restaurant to share the taste of Vietnam to friends and neighbours of Marlow. With a lot of dedication and hard work, this dream finally came true with Suum.
“Suum” is a creative name for the restaurant derived from “sum vầy”, meaning a cozy gathering around dining table. Suum offers you a specially selected, elaborate menu. All our aromatic and delicious dishes are prepared according to original recipes, just like the way a Vietnamese family cooks for each other at home. We choose quality, healthy & fresh ingredients that are inspired by the varied aromas from the gardens and rivers of the Red River delta.
We hope you’ll have an enjoyable memory dining at Suum.
